Alisa Mandel designs costumes for American Smooth, International standard, Latin and Country Western divisions. She also designs coordinating Latin menswear.     The design process starts from the personal meeting of the client with the designer. After the ideal colors are chosen, the fabrics are matched the designer executes several sketches, based on the designer's idea for the costume and personal input of the client.     Security deposit should be made at the time of the order.     Usually it takes from two to three week for the costume to be completed, but in some cases, when the workload is big it could take up to two months. In some rare cases two fittings are necessary.     Alisa Mandel is using the latest and newest fashion fabrics on the market. The stoning is done using Swarowski Austrian rhinestones and gemstones from Czech Republic.
